My aim of this makeover was to soften the clinical environment so that patients could feel calm and safe. With fresh

layers of paints and colourful stickers, the mood of the spaces and rooms have been transformed.

Hospitals can cause stress and anxiety for many, and I feel my developments create a warmer and more pleasant

atmosphere, resulting in an experience which has been improved for both the staff and patients.

It was a real privilege to be welcomed into Kingston Hospital, especially by staff whom were so friendly and kind.
